"Really unique accommodations. Very quiet and private "hides" or huts tucked on a hill overlooking beautiful Skye landscapes. A central building with an awesome dining room, bar and game/relaxing area is steps away. Check-in was fast and easy with friendly and professional staff. Only meals we ate here was breakfast and it was great. Service was great. Coffee was great. Poached eggs on avocado toast was great. Fruit and croissants were also great. Just a 10-12 minute stroll to Portree...

"We had such an amazing stay at the Cuillen Hills Hotel. First, the weather in Skye this week has been perfect, just gorgeous. The room was comfortable, we opted for a premier room with a view of the water and the Cuillens. The setting of the hotel, on the water with the mountains in view cannot be beat. The food was delicious. But most notably, the staff were so helpful and accommodating. I hurt my knee coming down the Storr and they went out of their way to help. Ice packs, room service,...

"I had a fantastic stay at Skye Inn! The place has a really cosy and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The location is also a big plus—just a short and easy walk to the town centre and harbour, making it perfect for exploring Inverness. The only minor downside is that the rooms are a bit small And less utilities. "

"Absolutely stunning. This hotel feels like it is at the ends of the earth, but it is so worth the effort to get there! Our room looked out on the North Sea with sweeping, gorgeous views. The staff was the best - all helpful. They suggested hikes in the area and pointed us to things the locals enjoy, making our stay even better. The restaurant was terrific - excellent food and staff. We loved everything about our stay and look forward to returning soon. "

"I simply can not say enough good things about this place. From the wow upon arrival to the sadness of having to leave. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The food was excellent. We stayed 4 nights and went on many adventures while on skye. We had a wonderful time!!"

"They provide washer machine but not the dryer. One of the bathrooms is inside the queen bed room has very heavy smells. Needs to have more ventilation. "

"Room was very clean and tidy and the bathrooms were clean as well. Only downside was that we couldn't use most of the kitchen facilities."

"This was our favourite property in our 3 week visit to Ireland and Scotland. It wasn’t the fanciest but the property felt homey with some added extras that made it just perfect! Our host Joan Anne was exceptionally kind, very helpful, quick with suggestions, and a fantastic cook. Our bed was comfy, bedding luxurious, all amenities were lovely."

Hideaway on an Isle of Skye Hillside

Fabulous stay!

"We had such an amazing stay at the Cuillen Hills Hotel. First, the weather in Skye this week has been perfect, just gorgeous. The room was comfortable, we opted for a premier room with a view of the water and the Cuillens. The setting of the hotel, on the water with the mountains in view cannot be beat. The food was delicious. But most notably, the staff were so helpful and accommodating. I hurt my knee coming down the Storr and they went out of their way to help.
