"They never clean the room for 5days during my staying. They don't serve breakfast in the hotel and they asked to have the breakfasts in the other hotel where is far from."

"Bettlaken war bei Anreise schmutzig. Wurde nach Beschwerde sofort gewechselt. Versprochener Drink aufs Haus wurde nie eingelöst. Zimmerreinigung angkündigt nur alle 3 Tage (ist ok). Dazu fand man aber auch noch ein Schreiben im Zimmer, sollte man in der Zwischenzeit Handtücher benötigen, müsste man 30,- Euro extra zahlen. Keine kaffeemaschine oder wasserkocher oder kühlschrank im zimmer. Für den Preis ist die Ausstattung sehr mäßig. "

"Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu, hotel świetnie położony, ma wspaniałe baseny, korzystaliśmy tylko z nich gdyż na głównych basenach w Hajduszoboszlo w sierpniu bardzo tłoczno a tutaj luzy. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne, każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie, dużo owoców i ciast do posiłków. Pokój typowy hotelowy, balkon wymaga odświeżenia, trąci PRL-em."

"Charming staff in this out of town hotel. The room was lovely, though the hospital style beds were a little alarming at first (top tip, don’t leap onto the bed as they are very hard!). "Nice spa to relax, though the water temperature was not as warm as stated. The surly spa attendant used her fingers as a thermometer, this is a four star hotel which cannot afford a thermometer. Water temperature needs to be higher to enjoy the spa experience. Food was fairly good, especially the soups."
