"It's a little gem!! Lovely location in Lincolnshire, near enough for the main birdlife sites. Run by Emma and Mark, a super friendly couple. The garden room enables a great space to sit in and relax, away from the bedroom. Breakfast was super-tasty and just the right amount of food. Great little home from home. "Waterside lodge is a lovely modern ,spacious lodge in a lovely quiet location in the Lincolnshire countryside . Had a fabulous stay for a big Birthday and it gave us a nice peaceful break away for a couple of days . Lodge is well equiped and quirky layout of beds made it a unique stay too . Took lots of gadgets with us , but needn't have bothered as the lodge is equipped to excess with kitchen utensils and there were toys , games , toiletries supplied dnd even ice in the freezer !!"

"This is the most amazingly thought out and thoughtful bnb my husband and I have ever stayed in with impressive touches like nespresso coffee maker, large supply of towels,food provisions, the list goes on! It is quiet and the upstairs bedroom has a lovely view of the countryside. Nice to have an efficient vacuum cleaner as I like to keep the place clean despite taking our shoes off before moving around the cottage especially important after going on long hikes close by."

Amazing stay
"Everything about our stay was wonderful, from the friendly people on reception to the brilliant bar and restaurant staff. The room was exceptionally large with a huge bed to match and so clean. There was a lot of information in the room about the hotel's history and surrounding areas. There wasn't a huge menu to choose from but a good variety within it so we could easily find something to eat. What made that immaterial was the quality of the food and the brilliant cooking of it. The town was very busy but none of the noise could be heard in the hotel. This a great hotel and deserves all the praise."
