Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here"

Those who are looking for discos and fast food options might choose elsewhere, but it does offer superb cuisine, stunning gardens and an old world elegance. "Stayed for two nights. Location is nice with free bus connection to the city center. Service and front desk personell was friendly. Issues: - Property is worn down (except for the remodeled bathrooms). - Cleaning staff entered the room twice while still sleeping - ANTS! Minibar area and desk was clearly invaded by ants and even after complaining at the front desk, no action was taken / no alternative was offered to us (e.g. another room). "This was a great place to stay , friendly staff who spoke good English and really wanted you to enjoy staying at there hotel . They had a underground car park which was safe and clean and was ideal for my motorbike. The Spa was amazing and the hotel is situated in a wonderful beautiful valley The food was excellent as well and reasonably priced "

One night we had a wine seminar in the hotel (organized by the owner) and we mentioned it twice to the staff but they were still late and we finished 20 minutes after official start.
