"Very friendly and helpful staff, they gave us information to find our way into Strasbourg by tram, which was about a 10 minute walk from hotel. It’s a little remote so walking back late at night made my partner feel a little uncomfortable, but having said that we didn’t encounter any problems. We found the hotel room a little chilly in the evening, and TV channels in English were very limited. We watched Netflix from our phone instead with free Wi-Fi. "I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Strasbourg. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city, and the services provided were top-notch. However, I did have one small issue. On my last day, I had to leave early in the morning and was disappointed that there was no option for a breakfast bag to go. It would have been a nice touch to have something to take with me for my early departure."

"It was definitely NOT soundproof. We could hear the muffled conversations of people in the room next door and a lot of noise from the street from people who had very much enjoyed the Christmas market gluhwein. Otherwise, the room was nice, clean and comfortable and the hotel was lovely. Staff were kind and helpful. "

"Staff was very friendly. Walkable to sites but not much in the area directly. The room was over all clean but had quit a bit of mildew in the bathroom ceiling. Enjoyed the breakfast with many options!"
