"For the week we stayed, the facilites were as advertised, with very helpful staff who acted very efficiently on requests we made. The hotel was clean with easy access via local transport to areas of interest. Like to thank Rohit (and night shift staff) at the front desk for their willing assistance. The kitchen staff were also very helpful. The young housekeeper Prem was very efficient and caring. We would definately use this hotel and recommend it to the others. Harish and Nirmala"

"I stayed 7 days on and off for couple of weeks. If you are planning to dine out every day for dinner then there are only couple of places around to dine. You need to use uber for any transportation. 5 minutes walk to museum and art gallery, entrance fee is 250 rupees for foreigners.Juice place, Dominoes and medical store is around the corner of the hotel."

"This hotel doesn't even deserve 3 stars. It doesn't really smell good, the sheets and pillows are dirty. The rooms smell really bad, however the reception staff are friendly. I do not recommend this establishment. I was in a hurry to leave him."

"Staff not trained well to handle guests professionally. Checkin process was not easy. Incompetent staff in front desk. However support staff were very helpful and courteous."
