"Arvum isn't just a hotel it feels like home. Felipe and his mother were amazing hosts. The rooms are well put together and have a great view of el penon. The restaurant at the hotel is delicious and fresh as the food is grown on the property. If you are looking to relax outside of the main city, Arvum is your spot. Felipe will coordinate taxis and other experiences in Guatape. I couldn't recommend this place more and cannot wait to visit again. "

"Made the reservation in Expedia and when we got to the property they said it was already taken, nobody help you from the property and also didn’t take any responsibility at all, their response was rude and didn’t care at all that we arrived at night and didn’t have any place to stay, they booked the room to multiple customers to have the best $$$ for them and then acted like the reservation didn’t exist, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! "I will start off saying the view was amazing. Nothing else is good. The place is a house that is mismanaged and filthy. It's not a resort. There is garbage and junk all over. See pics. Our room was never cleaned and had dirty sheets. We insisted that they changed the sheets. No restaurant. No parking. We parked at a neighboring property, Gretel.No access to the water. No breakfast although it was supposed to be included"

"The way up the mountain requires a 4x4 vehicle from how steep the hill is. Beautiful views of the mountain range with a view of El Peñol. The attention was amazing with fair prices for the beverages and bottles."
