Hotel staff were attentive, our only issue was there were extremely disruptive guests on our floor who were partying all night, despite filing noise complaints they continued to party until 4am disrupting our sleep and rooms were not as soundproof as advertised. "I will start off saying the view was amazing. Nothing else is good. The place is a house that is mismanaged and filthy. It's not a resort. There is garbage and junk all over. See pics. Our room was never cleaned and had dirty sheets. We insisted that they changed the sheets. No restaurant. No parking. We parked at a neighboring property, Gretel.No access to the water. No breakfast although it was supposed to be included"

"Arvum isn't just a hotel it feels like home. Felipe and his mother were amazing hosts. The rooms are well put together and have a great view of el penon. The restaurant at the hotel is delicious and fresh as the food is grown on the property. If you are looking to relax outside of the main city, Arvum is your spot. Felipe will coordinate taxis and other experiences in Guatape. I couldn't recommend this place more and cannot wait to visit again. "
