"Really beautiful property and spa. We loved our stay and experience at the restaurant and spa. My only issues were with the room having a slight cigarette smell and spa not being ready at opening one of the days we went in the morning"

No tea/coffee facility and we had to ask for food to be brought out. This is definitely not a four star hotel. On top of that, when we came back in the evening, there was no one to be found at reception for around an hour!!!!!
