I arrived at the hotel prior to the stated check-in time, however was surprised to find that there was no receptionist and the hotel was completely closed. Calling the phone number on the door didn't resolve anything as it went to a voicemail box. "Heavy bedding even though summer. Room windows had been left open by staff during day and lot of little flying insects (mozzies) had got in when returned to room at night. Tea/coffee facilities, fridge and some bathroom shampoos and soaps would have been nice for such a high rated hotel. Staff pleasant enough on checkin. "
