"The hotel is just off the main shopping area so there are lots of places to get food and drinks nearby. It was also within walking distance of the massive christmas market (this was one of the reason I chose it). On first view the inside of the hotel looks quite dated - lots of dark wood everywhere. "Great hotel in the centre of Heilbronn , close to shops and restaurants. Spa area was amazing, shame that there was no sign of pool being closed the following morning for being cleaned. I booked this hotel mainly for the pool and I was disappointed that in the morning there was no information of pool being closed "

"Amazing hotel, we were very comfortable staying at Best Western hotel. The staff was welcoming and always smiling, rooms are clean and comfortable. They have private parking which was for 10€ for 24 hours and breakfast for around 13€ but worth it! Will definitely stay again"
