That's three floors with eleven rooms being attended to by one person and she was a pack packer who had been in the role for four weeks and is also receptionist and cleaner. "Stunning view. Great service. Comfortable bed. Great bathroom with a spa (we stayed in "The Loft Suite"). Walking distance to some great walks. Great little outdoor deck. Excellent family entertainment facilities downstairs in the universal guest area; e.g. fireplace, DVDs (for viewing in your room), games, binoculars for the view daytime and nighttime (ie star gazing). Also there was a Bose Bluetooth speaker in our room and Foxtel. Can't really think of anything that was missing."
