"Have stayed here so many times and have had brilliant service so it was a shock that checking out this time was a bit of a nightmare. We were just leaving our room at 11:08 when the phone rang, it was reception saying we were late checking out. Clearly stated on my reservation was noon. Arrived at reception and tried to explain why we didn’t vacate before 11:00 to be told that I was wrong and that check out was 11:00 See attached photo as proof. "This hotel is convenient and looks very nice. We were very pleased that the staff allowed us to use the shower when the room was not yet available around 11am. However, a little minor issue is the bathroom. The shower and the toilet are fit next to each other, leaving basically no space in between, making it difficult to use the toilet for No.2. "

"I was disappointed that staff made me feel like I was an imposition, particularly Uta Tobisch. The other staff made some effort but a far cry from other areas across Europe that I’ve visited. I stayed for two weeks for a figure skating competition and my room was far from the main restaurant, cleaned only every other day, and I constantly had to request more toilet paper. Utilities and room are adequate. "

"Great place for kids. The apartment was spacious, however extremely hot and we had to request fans. Also there was a strange smell from the sink. The amenities are nice with the pool and saunas, kids playroom. We thought the dinner was quite limited and overpriced (35 euros a person for a buffet). The breakfast buffet was good. The location of the facility was great. "

"Hatten als Familie eine Superior-Suite, die wirklich sehr gut war. Sauber und modern eingerichtet. In den oberen Schlafraum geht es über eine Wendeltreppe, das sollte man wissen. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr gut, auch der Wellness Bereich hat den Kindern und uns gut gefallen. Also alles in allem Top Aufenthalt."

"This is a most impressive hotel with welcoming and professional staff, lovely rooms and a superb breakfast (it's a long time since I've had a fried egg in a hotel breakfast buffet). The room was spacious, comfortable and well soundproofed and also with very good blackout blinds. As mentioned, there is no car parking on site, but the municipal car park is a minute's walk away and is safe and inexpensive (there is also a shopping centre car park a five-minute walk away). We will certainly be back here."
