"I stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. On my date of arrival I was early 07.00. I could sit in the lobby which was great and after talking to the reception at 08.00 my room was ready after 15 minutes which was very nice. During the wait the offered me to have coffee and breakfast. That was great. I had a room for 1 person. Great room, I had everything I needed. The coffee machine was great with free cups of coffee. "The hotel itself is a beautiful, well-kept, welcoming place with nice, modern rooms, great food & good wellness program. In non-Covid circumstances, the stay would have been enjoyable. "Ich war schon zweimal in diesem Hotel, es ist immer absolut sauber und gepflegt. Alle Mitarbeiter super nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist der Wahnsinn! Habe nie woanders was besseres gegessen und mehr Auswahl gehabt. Die Lage ist sowieso der Hammer, direkt Zentral, direkt am Wasserturm, manche Zimmer mit Aussicht auf den Turm. Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine in den Suiten, das Frühsrück gibt es erst ab 8 Uhr, wenn man früher aufsteht gibt es,keine Möglichkeit einen Kaffe zu bekommen, das Personal kommt erst um 7 Uhr, am Mittag ist es unmöglich, etwas zum Essen zu bekommen und am Abend ebenso, es sei denn, sie,haben mit Abendessen gebucht. die Sauna endet bereits um 19 Uhr, Schwimmbad ebenso.
