"Awesome stay. Hotel is gorgeous. Only complaint was we stayed on 4th floor and the room above at 3am decided to what sounded like workout and throw weights around for about 1.5 hrs. Called front desk but it continued for 30 more mins. Husband thought maybe kids but upon checking out, the front desk said no kids are allowed on the 5th floor. I dont know what happened needless to say we were exhausted the next day for my daughters volleyball tournament"

"We had a great time I paid for a late check out at check In 2 pm At 12 pm I tryed to access my room with 3 kids Could not enter Customer service had me on hold for 37 minutes I finally found a cleaning lady who let me in Slightly annoyed But all in all had a good time "

Mountainside Superior King Room | Balcony

"10 Minute to Camelback Mountain. Comfortable bed with standard room size. No jacuzzi, just a pool. They could use a few more luggage carts and closet hangers. Otherwise, ok for a few days of skiing. You could walk to the mountain in 10-15 minutes. It’s as close as you can get to the mountain without staying on Camelback’s expensive property."

"After a long drive, we arrived tired and hungry. We received a friendly greeting from Charlie at the front desk and were happy to discover the Wildflower Bistro on site. Our room was comfortable and clean and breakfast the next morning was better than average. Only disappointment was that the pool didn’t open until 9 am - no time for a swim before heading back out on the road. "

"Had a suite on the water our own personal balcony. Its a short ride to the casino. They had a vibrant night life. We only stayed a night so didn't check out the restaurants and other amenities like pool or jacuzzi. "

"Our family came here for 1 night on our way going to a waterpark the next day. We figured our boys will love this hotel due to its history of being a train station. It was beautiful building and we loved the structure of it. I only hoped that the front desk was a bit more friendlier. My 6yr old son was excited and asked a lot of questions about the hotels history but the lady just smiled, barely looked at us and took a long time to check in. It seemed like their check in system is outdated....
