"Das Hotel ist in einem super schönen Zustand und sehr sauber. Leider sind die Betten sehr hart im Zimmer und das Essen ist leider eine Katastrophe für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Es gibt Buffet, aber das ist ganz spartanisch angerichtet und hat irgendwie null Geschmack, auch der Kaffee aus der Maschine ist grauenvoll (wir haben jeden Tag einen Frühstückskaffee bei der Hotelbar getrunken, der war sehr lecker). Bis aufs Essen und den harten Betten, war es trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt. "

" Beautiful hotel, all rooms are facing the coast. Swimming pool with warm sea water is excellent. Parking is little bit outside of the hotel and might not have enough space. Walking distance to both Portoroz and Piran. The only complaint is no air conditioning in October. It is still warm during the day. Open windows work at night. "

"Had city facing room, which actually had a partial sea view. Nice hotel, a little dated with darker wood finish but good size room with tall windows. Bed comfortable, safe provided, fridge but no tea/coffee making facility. Good breakfast. Hotel is about a 15 min walk from bus station. We were there towards end of season so hotel quiet on check in but got a little busier. Enjoyed stay."

"We booked 2 rooms for 8 nights, amazing experience! Spacious room with big shower and big balcony which was nice! Reception staff and cleaners were VERY friendly, always got a smile and a hello! Food was incredible, always a great selection for everyone. Loads of activities down at the beach and on hotel grounds. 15 min walk from big water park which was great fun! "Great friendly staff. Clean rooms with clear comfortable beds. For an all inclusive resort, the food was just okay. This is definitely a family friendly resort with lots of kids. "Lovely hotel but service from staff is very slow. Also despite paying for a particular type of room they tried to give me a cheaper room upon arrival. This happened last year too.
