"The location and condition of the hotel was superb! My only criticism was that there was as no air conditioning (cold air) due to the time of the year (March). This was very tough due to being on a high floor and the window only opened a few inches - it was boiling! There were no fans provided after I requested this - disappointing "

"A comfortable and quiet stay with clean rooms, friendly staff and a decent breakfast selection. Good price for the location. Close to metro and getting around places in Sofia. Only 35 minutes on the subway directly from Sofia Airport which makes it very convenient. Room decor is a little dated but doesnt take away from the cleanliness of the room. Staff was great. I was allowed an early check in at no extra cost and check out was also a breeze. "

"The location is great - next to the historic downtown Sofia. The staff is friendly, respectful and 24/7 available. We needed a taxi at 3:30 am and it came 4 minutes after the receptionist made the call. Will be back."
