"The booking was cancelled by the Hotel without intimating to me nor to Expedia. Tried taking up with Expedia but there was no customer care response from Expedia. Hotel had ruined mine family’s reunion plans for the year end."

"This retreat is lovely and once we got into the room we actually reserved and paid for, we really enjoyed ourselves. Unfortunately I can’t say that the reception person was very friendly or welcoming. We reserved and paid for a “Deluxe Cottage with garden view”, but we were put in a 4th floor room in one of the tall buildings and we were told that the garden view was the view out of the windows, which was a view off of the grounds. I don’t know what the rate was for that room, but probably a lot...
