"The road to the hotel is terribly broken, so that the water from the rain stayed in that wholes, so that it wasn't possible to get inside of the taxi. The room was very clean, however it was cold and noise from the neighbours (coming from opening and closing the doors, from corridor) was very loud so it was seeming that there is no any walls there. "Hotellet ligger dårligt, Servicen er rigtig dårlig, morgenmaden stå ude og er dårlig. Der var ingen vand på hotellet de sidste 24 timer af opholdet. Hvilket hotellet ikke ville kompensere, så vi kunne ikke gå i bad eller bruge wc´et Vi blev henvist til et andet hotel for at gå i bad, som vi selv måtte betale for. "

"Premetto che appena arrivati lì abbiamo scoperto non essere un hotel 4 stelle ma un 2 stelle. Malgrado avessimo prenotato da 2 mesi ci hanno detto che l'hotel era pieno. Alla reception nessuno parlava inglese e per capirci abbiamo dovuto usare il traduttore italiano-polacco. Abbiamo scoperto così che era pieno perché utilizzato per ospitare profughi ucraini. Quindi, malgrado l'uso etico che ne fanno, direi che non dovrebbero dare disponibilità su piattaforme come Hotels.com e, sopratutto, non...

"First of all, the workers were all great. Friendly and helpful. The problem was the facility. It was a hot day. We booked here because it said A/C. Our room did not have it so they moved us to an apartment where the A/C barely worked. They have an exercise room but most the machines were broken. The tub had a shower wand but no curtain causing water to flood all over. Internet was available but unusable due to an intermittent single bar of signal. "
