"We stayed three days at zielona terrasy. The reception was five minutes away from the apartment and it was almost impossible to park there when we should check in. When we arrivet to the apartment there were no towels and bedlinen there. We had to call several times before we got an answer. Later in the evening we got a plasticbox with towels and linen and had to make the bed by ourselves. The spa is not at the appartment. Its 5 minutes away but it is nice. "Unfortunately we were expecting four stars standard as that’s how it was advertised on Hotels.com. However we were allocated 2 stars instead due to overbooking. All very strange and confusing. As such I am rating this at 4 stars rather than two stars. We didn’t moved to another hotel, as offered by hotels.com, as we wanted to be with friends as that was main purposes of the trip."
