"The new rebuild is good. Room was excellent although staff appeared to miss the magic marker art put on the wall by some child. Excellent buffet. Staff at front desk differed in understanding their own facility. We asked early about luggage storage after checkout. The first person said they had this service and to come to front desk for it. The day we checked out we were directed to a pay by the hour basement locker area that was only accessible by two sets of stairs. No elevators. So, very painful time lugging the bags up and down stairs."

"The best thing was that it was just around the corner to the metro train. An overall good experience. Just one downside and this is subjective: avoid this place if you don’t like a soft mattress or pillow. Couldn’t sleep properly during my stay. Otherwise, I had a positive experience with this hotel. "Check in was speedy and staff were very kind and helpful. Our room was located at the back which was close to the breakfast restaurant. The room was nice and clean although the mattress could be a little bit firmer. There was some noice from the street from people shouting and cars reving but it was only occasional. The hotel was just a few minutes walk to the central station and Metro was very accessible. "
