"Overall we had a nice stay. The facilities you'd want are all there, it just could do with a bit of updating. The area around the pool etc is a bit tired and our room was comfortable but there was dust on some of the walls(?!) and it could do with redecorating. But the bed was comfy and it was nice and quiet (apart from the people in the adjoining room!). The food was brilliant, the coffee sadly not so much. "From the start to the finish of are stay was enjoyable. The lady on reception was friendly and give us both a lovely welcome. The pool and hot tub was great and the food was excellent. "

"Overall not too bad a place to stay. Rooms clean and tidy, maybe a little outdated and a bit worn around the edges, but fine for an overnight stay. Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was really good value, lots of choice. Outside functional, a little plain but whats expected when situated next to a main road. If in a room like we were near to the road, is a bit noisy but did ease a little as night went on. Be aware, you will need to pay parking, we paid £6 for 24 hours."

"Hotel generally fine, though we had a couple of negatives. 1- we chose the hotel in large part to make use of spa facilities, only to find that restricted hours in the holiday season meant this was not useable for us. 2- our room was part of an adjoining pair. At night a very loud couple of young men opened their adjoining door and continued being noisy. Thankfully, when I opened our door and asked them nicely if they could keep it down a bit, they did."
