"The staff were helpful & informative. Managed to move us to a ground floor property when required. Even though the complex was an older style the room was clean & beautifully updated. Parking was easy & plentiful. Managed to walk to most locations. "

"It was a great spot with wonderful views. It was quiet. Large room with outside patio. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a nice perk with it being available Al day. We would recommend this place."

"There was nothing not to like at The Sampson. Immaculately clean, charming decor and so many thoughtful touches throughout the house. The kitchen was generously stocked with lots of goodies. Eating breakfast in the garden was bliss. The beds were super comfortable with crispy linen and there was a generous supply of fluffy towels. I wish all hosts were like this."

"For some reason no one was at the property to welcome us on arrival, we had to call the owner to gain access to our accommodation. He had no idea that we would be arriving on the day. Apparently they had forgotten about our booking. The property looked as if it hadn't been in use for some time as it looked dirty on the inside.
