"The hotel was clean. The room was nice. Bed was comfortable and clean. Although the bathroom could definitely use an upgrade. Bathroom door looked worn out and the shower head was messed up. The water also didn't get too hot (maybe it was done for others safety). Another thing that worried me was the connecting door to the adjacent room, the doorknob felt a little loose. Overall, it was a decent stay for the night. "

"It was a great location and really good neighborhood. Perfect stay for our long weekend getaway. There were tons of really good places to eat nearby and a short subway ride to any of the NYC attractions. "

"The PL staff (from the doorman to the housekeeping) was AMAZING. I have stayed with you over the years and it is still outstanding. We snacked and drank alot in downstairs bar. Service and food was amazing!! We should have stayed there for NYE. The only (-) was The Darling NYE Party. Not worth the money, terrible communication of what it offered. Manager and FOH Staff were clueless and the few bites of food were not good. Bartenders were serving good drinks but we paid for more.... Well Done...
