There was no kettle in the room to make tea and coffee nor an iron (although this seems to be the norm in Italy). The staff made me cups of tea at the bar when requested. "I was booked for 3 days, I left after 1. Nothing but problems at this hotel and my room had cockroaches, live and dead. Gross. They gave me a different room but I did not feel comfortable. They would not refund my money as I had prepaid for 3 days. It may have once been a nice place, sadly not anymore "
