"This is the second time I have stayed at the Emerald Hotel in Gisborne. I don’t think I would stay anywhere else. The quality of the rooms are exceptional. They are decent sized rooms and excellent value for money. Compared to other hotels around the country, they are shoebox sized compared to the rooms at the Emerald. Lisa and her team are incredibly friendly and their service is exceptional. Lisa went above and beyond in advising us on the best places to go in Gisborne for food and grocery...
