"The Hotel was undergoing considerable reparations both internally and externally, therefore it was not the same experience we had enjoyed before. Why don’t you advise customers of this so that they are prepared or given the choice to book or not - test the advertised price is still the same per room. "

"Staff really friendly and helpful. Room cosy but the linen, beds and pillows great.No tea or coffee and bring shampoo, as it’s just a bar of soap in the shower. Book ahead for restaurant. Fun in the evening with DJ (as it was a Saturday). Breakfast good as always. Great location. "

"This is the 3rd time we have used this hotel. It’s very convenient in the centre of Beaune with secure parking. Our room was good, breakfast was good and a bonus was the large fluffy towels which is unusual in France! Would certainly recommend."

"The hotel is a gorgeously renovated abbey on the edge of the old town center of Beaune. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Betty we felt welcome and relaxed. The room was spacious and elegant. The subterranean pool was a favorite feature to me, quiet and relaxing.
