"Amazing service for a business trip"

"The staff was very nice and helpful. The property and the rooms are updated. I found my room a bit small. But it was okay for a short business trip. I didn‘t have breakfast but it looked very good to me. I dined in the restaurant in the hotel. The food was good and the service excellent. The only minor remark I would make is the choice of TV programs - there were hardly any international programs available. "

"Habitacion de tamaño algo escaso, aunque con todo lo necesario. Agua embotellada de cortesia, servicio de cafetera con capsulas y hervidor de agua, asi como minibar para su uso (vacio). Buena mesa de trabajo y buen Wifi. Baño pequeño, aunque bien equipado. El ruido del extractor, es molesto, y no me refiero al propio del baño que es normal, aun parado hace ruido si hay otro conectado y no es agradable. "Nice staff and great restaurant. Hotel a bit “tired” ie carpets worn etc. Biggest problem was I had a room with the busy road on one side and the open atrium in the centre of the hotel on the other. This meant that there was a lot of noise when trying to sleep from both sides of the bedroom with the bar being in the atrium below."

"Everything was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and while it is not a particularly kid focused hotel, the kids (6 and 8) were always welcome and accomodated. Breakfast was perfect and the two dinners we had in the reataurant were excellent. It was our first stay but we are already planning to come back. The only downfall was the small bathroom sink. "

"So I booked a family room ( 3 beds ) and pre paid it was for me and my son only but I wanted a bit more room However when my son checked us in he was told we was going to have a standard twin as there was 2 of us only , unfortunately he used the room before i arrived so we I couldn't really change First time I ever been downgraded Also beware car park charge too they don't tell you it beforehand"
