"We stayed here when we had a rental car and wanted to explore the Basque area of Spain. We did day trips to Bilbao, San Sebastián and Pamplona. The Parador is in a beautiful setting and the room was very comfortable. We did all our eating and shopping during our day trips so the Parador was a quiet, country setting to relax. We did eat breakfast at the Parador but no other meals. Breakfast was good - very typical Spanish style hotel breakfast. "

Max, the front desk agent, helped arrange a taxi to our wine tasting and told us he would arrange our dining reservation in a near by town. Shared some great insight into what we should do during our one day in town.the taxi service was amazing and when we returned max already had moved our car and moved our luggage into our suite. "The staff was absolutely wonderful and so accommodating. We had a very early train on our last day and they took the time to prepare a part of breakfast and coffee and tea for us before breakfast was available. Our time here was so relaxing. "
