"The Front Desk manager treated my wife as a prostitute daring to ask for her cell number as he was leading her upstairs to our Suite! She only told me this lately, otherwise I would have confronted the person. With the high category of this hotel your staff should be reserved, respectful and protective of the high level clientelle. "Spent three nights. Nice modern hotel. Large room with 2 double beds, large bathroom, kitchen area. Exercise room, tiny pool (2 ft depth), & sauna on top floor. Standard SA breakfast. Wine tasting every evening. Staff was generally okay. Be warned, there are a lot of fees on top of the room cost. Of course, breakfast & wine tasting. But also change of towels & change of linens that were not explained up front. It adds up."
