"The hotel listed having a kitchen and bar. The kitchen was limited to offering a mediocre breakfast. The bar was limited to selling one type of beer, no wine nor cocktails. The amenities included a gym. A small, dark room with three aerobic devices does not count as a gym. The staff were helpful and nice. "

She only told me this lately, otherwise I would have confronted the person. With the high category of this hotel your staff should be reserved, respectful and protective of the high level clientelle. "Spent three nights. Nice modern hotel. Large room with 2 double beds, large bathroom, kitchen area. Exercise room, tiny pool (2 ft depth), & sauna on top floor. Standard SA breakfast. Wine tasting every evening. Staff was generally okay. Be warned, there are a lot of fees on top of the room cost. Of course, breakfast & wine tasting. But also change of towels & change of linens that were not explained up front. It adds up."
