We booked it hoping that we will have a wonderful experience in a 4-star hotel, but we were very disappointed with the quality of room we had. "I was disappointed for the housekeeping to throw my face soap yo the dustbin. They should have known that they can not throw anything except what it is inside the dustbin. First time that I knew, I complained to the receptionist but slow response until I called them again. Room and condition is OK but I feel insecure if they can throw everything outside dustbin with any assumption. I will not stay in this hotel again."

"Great value hotel located close to shops and restaurants and a short taxi ride from the Sultan’s Palace, Water Castle etc. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and food in general all very good. We did a tour to Borobudur and Prambanan Temples through the hotel and our driver, Mudi, was excellent. Very safe and always had cold water waiting for us after each visit. "
