"Great bed! The Nespresso machine made some quality coffee. The shower had great water pressure and temperature, and the shower door had a strong seal which kept in all the water. I wish the shower had a tray/shelf for soap, as I travel with my own bar. The Zenology hand soap and balm were great; the shampoo and conditioner not so much. Lastly, a means of hanging used towels so they can quickly dry would've been nice."

"We arrived two hours early for check-in due to our flight, but the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. They took our luggage while we sat in the restaurant and had a drink and lunch while we waited for our room. They even checked with housekeeping to see if our room was ready early. We were in no rush, so we were happy to eat lunch. The staff were very friendly and attentive. One evening for dinner, they didn't have any sugar free drinks for my boyfriend who is diabetic, so they removed the drinks from our bill as a courtesy. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is a short walk from Vorgartenstraße u-bahn station, so it's very quick and easy to get into the city. It was our first time in Vienna and we would definitely stay here again."
