"The service at the front desk was very nice. The property on Hotels.com was not as advertised. We had anticipated a laundry service and this was in the middle of our trip so that we could have clean clothes. There is no laundry service. The photographs shown of the room was not the standard room. So when we arrived, we got an economy room that was Very small uncomfortable and had an odor to it. I have to say the hotel did the right thing and upgraded our room and did not charge us. The room that...

"We stayed in a separate building adjacent to main hotel so didn’t really have much to do with staff etc. our room was fine, clean, comfy beds and plenty of storage. The area was really good, plenty of nice restaurants & cafes. Train stations in walking distance. Plenty of shops around. Had breakfast in cafe next door Cafe Salute, croissants and drink for around £3, excellent value"

My siblings and I were there for 5 days of art, fine wine and dining in a most perfect location. "The food at the restaurant was terrible. I ordered a bottle of wine and they sent another that was 3 times the price without telling me. They threw us out because they said they had to set up for breakfast while they had other tables still sitting. We were still drinking our wine. The only person that was nice at this place was the person at reception. "
