"Beautiful spot, lovely interior and great food. When we checked in for our two night stay the Staff member only put one day on our card. The second day we went out of the building and the closed their reception desk in the afternoon and we were locked out of the hotel for four hours. The response for Anne was "I had a bad day". Really? Very unprofessional. "

(Isleep on my right side.) The bites swelled and even eventually turned into bruises. Germany needs window screens, for sure. Only one other problem: finding this place!
