"Amazing small cosy hotel, be sure to book mountain side views as it is one of the best views in the area! Breakfast was yummy with fresh eggs to order. Staff lovely and polite. Spa is included which is a great touch, the hot tub was amazing facing the mountains and one of the main reasons I booked this place, although it was cold a couple of nights, they had just had a new and larger hot tub installed so were some teething issues I think, but they made sure it was warm when asked in advance....

"The buffet breakfast was amazing and included in the room rate. We had beautiful weather and took the ferry ride to Interlaken which we highly recommend doing. The walk to the falls is a must. Altogether a wonderful experience in this historic luxury hotel."

"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Dakota. The hotel is a very short and easy walk from the train station, so it was easy to get around. There are many nice walking trails in the city, and the train ride to Lake Brienz is very short and convenient. "Beautiful location in Wagner. It is at the top of a hill overlooking the little town. Is is a short walk from the train station, but the hotel will send a driver if you ask. Everyone at the front desk were very helpful and friendly and the food at the restaurant was delicious. "
