"A great family resort / lots of facilities & perfect for our 3 days. The staff were lovely & the apartment good. However we were not informed there were check out rules & We would need to view those rules on the hotel website. We left our apartment tidy & closed all windows & washed up & put away our breakfast items. We left our bed linen in a pile for collection but did not empty our bin. After we left we were charged Euro 50 for not abiding with the check out rules. Such a disappointment after...

"The Mas is beautiful - a gorgeous home, so well equipped and comfortable, we loved it. This is a stunning part of France and we fell in love with Uzes, Avignon and Nimes. The markets were gorgeous, the countryside heaven. We stayed during the heatwave and suffered from not having air conditioning, and unfortunately the pool wasn’t properly heated so it was a bit cold which meant we were always either too hot or too cold! "The receptionists were all very friendly and helpful with dining recommendations - but I want to particularly thank the lady behind the desk on the night we arrived. I didn't catch her name, but she was friendly, helpful with dining recommendations and kind enough to store some things of ours in the hotel fridge when we realized there was no fridge in the room. A really pleasant stay in a fascinating little town. No lift to the rooms, so folks with difficulties with stairs may have issues."

"Wir sind begeistert gewesen! Das Haus entspricht den Bildern und es hat eine super Ausstattung. In der Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden und auch noch in sehr guter Qualität. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich und das gesamte Apartment ist stilvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Außenanlagen ist ebenfalls traumhaft. Viele Pflanzen und der Pool errichtet istsauber und sicher. Wir waren insgesamt 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kindet. Gerade für die Kinder war es super, denn sie hatten Platz zum Spielen...
