"Honestly I never liked this hotel and I would classify it as a worst hotel experience so far. The front desk is not welcoming the guest with greetings. The front desk does not have an option to transact with foreign (Canadian credit cards). The front desk lady is poor in communication and lack of knowledge. The room is not so great. "Overall positive experience on this trip - staff were very accommodating on the late check-in requirement and handled requests in a timely manner. We did have an issue with hot water on the final day/morning, however, weren't able to get it corrected - small issue in an overall positive stay."
