"The hotel is just off the main shopping area so there are lots of places to get food and drinks nearby. It was also within walking distance of the massive christmas market (this was one of the reason I chose it). On first view the inside of the hotel looks quite dated - lots of dark wood everywhere. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful.We were given a room at the front of the hotel on the first floor. "The Hotel is convenient because it is close to the airport. Only meal offered is breakfast. There is a catch with parking: it is free to park on the spots outside, but when you enter the garage it is EUR 17. There is a sign, but you cant see it in the dark. "

"Lovely property with generous sized & tastefully decorated rooms. Staff at reception & the bar were very helpful & spoke excellent English. Our meal in the bar (club sandwiches) was tasty, fresh & not greasy. The only negative was that for the “comfort” rooms in the heritage part of the property, there is no lift to help with heavy luggage, however a staff member happily took my husband’s luggage upstairs."

"My experience at their restaurant was so bad that I am considering calling the German authorities to check their kitchen. My dinner was a disaster, twice did the burger come in raw, and when I found hair in my salad I got enough. No understanding from the staff. Since you are dependent on eating here since no other restaurants in the area I can’t recommend this hotel to anybody"
