"Staff were brilliant. Breakfast was so good- so much choice. Close to Aldi the tram that takes you into centre. The Turkish restaurant (Istanbul restaurant the 2 local Greek restaurants are really good and decent value for money. "First two rooms had issues with them, and that’s a testament to Pedro that he made sure we had a good stay and found us a third room! Honestly, it’s said to be near sketchy area. That’s not true. If you have kids, there’s an amazing trampoline park downstairs. And you’re about a 15 minute walk from the central train station that goes around the country. "The area of this place is somewhat unsafe. The room does not have AC, so I had to keep the window open during night as it was a very hot day. But, I kept on hearing noise from the street in front of the hotel, including siren sound. There is no elevator in the building, so I had to use stairs to reach my 3rd floor room. "
