Positive, Robert arranged an upgrade (extra cost). Appreciated upgrade but disappointed with the original room allocation. The staff were awesome (Stella, Joanna, Nassos and Djemalie Facilities as expected, communal toilets clean, bar was on occasion busy and pool loungers...

"Pros: The service was great! Buffet breakfast good selection. Near many restaurants and shops. Cons: the parking was shared between 5 hotels over our 5 night stay we were able to park there one time. We had to park a good distance away from hotel. I would not consider this beachfront, as there were a mini shop and restaurant between front door of hotel and beach.
