"Perfect pools and saunas!"

"Understaffed and overcrowded! Long wait at check in. We were on top floor and every time spend 5+ min waiting for lifts that were packed - had to miss few times. Only 2 slow lifts - one was used/blocked by service staff as well as the guests. Half board "canteen" (not a restaurant!) had a lot of food but poor quality with long waiting/crowding at the buffets "

"We loved the resort. We had great massages, loved the indoor swimming pool, salt room, steambath, and outdoor sauna. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our only concern was the electricity outage we experienced several times in room 208. They moved us to room 142 and we again experienced an electricity outage one time."

"The location of this Hotel is good for enjoying lake Balaton. There is a very expensive and a free beachfront that is in walk-in distance. The breakfast and the dinner is served in the hotel’s restaurant and both the food and the service is good. We had a second floor room without elevator. We had heavy luggages which we had to carry to the second floor without any help from the hotel. The room had a nice view. The room was clean but the make up of the beds were sloppy and we did not have enough...

"Cosy clean room. We had room facing sreet, We was there in May so not busy. Central, near start of vinyards. Good breakfast selection & dinner was good too .! Not a big selection but what they did have was tasty, we enjoyed it more than other hotels we have stayed at."

"This is a fine, simple hotel in town. It is close to a couple grocery stores but you do need to walk some to the beach. The room was fine, nothing fancy but had the basics and was clean. The worst part of the stay was the food as many of the previous reviewers have stated. The breakfast was edible but nowhere near great, the coffee was awful and the dinner, well, we ended up finding other alternatives because of the limited choices. The staff was friendly and parking was easy. "

"We stayed 4 night, couple+3 (ages 6,10,15). The hotel is very clean and everything is in good condition. Our family room had 1 bedroom with a double bed and a 2nd room with 3 beds (one of them a bunk bed). There was a lot of storage space and the rooms are spacious. The room had only one bathroom and shower, and it’s designed in a manner that does not allow someone to use the bathroom while someone else is showering. It was a bit restricting when staying 5 people. There are a lot of activities...

"Sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Saubere Kindergerechte Anlage mit Spielplatz und schöne saubere Zimmer. Sehr schöner sauberer Frischwasserpool. Das Essen war sehr lecker, abwechslungsreich und am Büffet selber zusammenstellbar (Frühstück und Abendessen). Der Balaton ist zu Fuß erreichbar, wenn auch die nächste Bademöglichkeit eher mit Auto zu erreichen ist, zumindest mit Kleinkind.
