The staff (especially Valeria and the young woman with the blue eyes and curly blond hair at reception) were wonderful, patient and helpful. Also the ladies who were making the food were very sweet. All the staff were very nice. My room was a bit dusty when I arrived. Dust on the bedside tables and on the fridge. It wasn't as clean as I would have liked. Some area carpet rugs would be nice to absorb the echoes of the people in the hall....
