"Location, location, location the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very unique. Oh did I mention location?"

"We were 2 couples that picked this hotel most because it was very hot wether and it said, "the hotel had a pool", but no, the pool was a community Outdoor pool, about one kilometer from the hotell, and a fee of 8 euro?! It is a missleading destruktion of the hotel. The internet was pool, so was the AC and the Staff was bored, awoid!"

"We arrived at the hotel early in the afternoon and were immediately offered a choice of available rooms. All the staff were friendly and could not do enough to accommodate us. Andrea speaks French and German whilst Lumi also speaks English so language was not a barrier. The food was delightful and we were happy to allow Lumi free reign to prepare local dishes. The first night we enjoyed three different types of pasta whilst our second night we had two different cuts of beef. We did try to say...

"Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn es ein Anliegen unsererseits gab, wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass die Toilette ziemlich hoch war und es ein bisschen schwierig war die Balance zu halten (Rollstuhlfahrerin). Ansonsten war alles top!!"

"Beautiful hotel in renovated 17th century palace. Room is huge with comfortable bed and large bathroom. Beautiful courtyard. Buffet breakfast had lots of options! "
