"From the moment you enter you are greeted by amazing staff . The hotel is well located, close to all amenities . The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds . Our only complaint was the heating, too hot for all us . We were a party of 4 and had 2 rooms but regulating the heating was an issue ."

"Could not fault my stay at Phi Cavalieri. The on site restaurant serves the most excellent food and the staff are amazing. The rooms are of a very high standard with everything that you would expect from a 4 star hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Bra."

"This is a great hotel with a lovely Bistro and a two Michelin star restaurant. We ended up extending our two day stay to four days. We didn’t eat at the Michelin restaurant but did eat at the Bistro which was lovely. Unfortunately the Bistro was either booked out or closed for three of the nights we stayed so I recommend checking in advance if you do not want to drive to restaurants away from the hotel. Staff were exceptional. "

One minus: the spa is not free of charge (this should be said in the description in hotels.com) and it costs the ludicrous amount of 60 euros for 50 minutes. Despite that, a much recommended hotel.
