"Spent amazing 3 nights at the thermen resort. Reception staff was extremely helpful in providing free train service card, directions for free laundry within the hotel. "The shower holders run down and came off. Unable to adjust shower height. A visitors dog was barking the entire time! So many dogs I felt it was a kennel. Had to pay for tap water during dinner. The hotel has been around for many years - still in good condition but time for renovations. Clearer signs of off limit areas for children.!!! Service was great. Friendly and helpful staff."

"A great central point for exploring Kranjska Gora and its surrounding villages. Lots of activities going on for the children, a super pool and that doesn’t get too busy and lots of sunbeds available poolside or outdoors.
