Friendly staff, quiet location and within easy access to Berlin and surrounds with rental car as well as public transportation. Nice array of restaurants in close proximity of the hotel. "Staff were really friendly and although they didn’t speak much English, they tried. It is not stroller/wheelchair friendly. To access the reception you must go up a flight of stairs and to access the rooms you must go up 2 flights of stairs. There is a church right across the hotel that rings it’s bells every 30 minutes but besides that the area is really quiet and calm which was really nice. "
