"Good hotel for a stopover in Rugby. Very convenient location, just off motorway & about 15 minutes from town. Room &. Shower room / WC ok, though very hot and AC didn’t seem to cool it (centrally controlled for heating / cooling) - so had to keep window open, though this was limited. Apart from that very comfortable. Room service had great choice, came quickly and was good. Lots of free onsite parking and plenty of fast EV chargers. "

"Good hotel overall. Spacious lobby, bar and dining areas, good food, and easy parking (although a bit cheeky charging £8/day for the privilege!). Gym was reasonable. I had one of the new ground floor rooms, but it had no desk (only a small round table which was no good for working on) and practically zero draw space. Also, housekeeping was poor (I came back to find my curtains still closed, lamp still on, wet towel still on vanity sink unit, and only one of the two mugs washed up, with the other...

"we booked the fireworks night which was great but the hotel on booking the accommodation did not explain very well ,as we understood the outside catering was not included and the food on sale from the hotel was very very poor. I feel there should have been a a small choice of bar food for those of us that did not want their evening meal in a bun .Im sure there was enough staff in the kitchen to do that as the out side food was not good .
