Gave instructions on beating Munich traffic and was just All around an informative and helpful person. I’d recommend this hotel based on our experience with him and the other members of the staff."

"Had a great stay at the Best Western. Check in and parking was a breeze. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Room was a good size, clean and felt nice and cozy. 3-5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. Fussen is a safe, quiet and picturesque town close to the castles and the Best Western is the place to stay when you are here. Would definitely stay here again."

Breakfast was lovely , all that was missing was some extra pillows and tea making facilities in the room, had a nespresso machine in the room which was amazing for me but my husband only drinks tea. "We stayed one night in September 2024. Room 286 has a balcony overlooking the lake and the mountains. Geraniums line the deck railing. The room is beautifully designed with plenty of space for your things and it is very well lit. Above the usual care was taken with the lighting, the ceiling painted detail above the bed and the photograph mural on one wall. The best room we have stayed in on this three week trip.
