"Stayed one night on route to southern Spain. We upgraded and wow was beautiful. Central location easy street parking and some great local bars and restaurants close by. Breakfast was exceptional "

"Room was nice, the hotel itself is themed amazingly. The main buffet was a bit of a scrum with huge lines but ultimately staff worked with urgency and got people through. Very much organised chaos. Reception were excellent, they had our room ready when we arrived at 9am and offered us a late checkout too. Proximity to the park is also a huge plus. For a four star hotel I would have expected more in room amenities, like a working extractor fan, amenity kits in the bathroom, a second pillow, but...

"Apart from the constant banging from the staff in their room, this was a pretty good hotel. Parking is a bit expensive and awkward to park given the ringer is on the passenger side also."

"Our Check-in was a bit stressful upon arrival because there are two complexes in the facilities and we were bumped into the alternate building. The room we were assigned was considered an upgrade facing the ocean but was quite small in size, Upon entry we immediately checked to see and found that the AC did not work and the fridge was on the blink. "Lovely hotel, right beside the beach. We were given a room looking out on the pool area and the beach. Beautiful sea view. Food in the hotel was very good, even though we didn’t book inclusive we had our breakfast there ever morning and also had some of our evening meals there. Friendly helpful staff."

"Stayed 3 nights. Had 2 double beds pushed together so plenty of room! Great shower! Very clean room and bathroom. Rooms overlooking pool had sun on them all day. Rooms overlooking road were shady most of the day. Only criticism was our air con although working didnt throw out cold air. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool. Doors opened to pool area so towels werent on sunbeds at 6am. Still had the problem of people laying towels out and disappearing for the day. Good entertainment throughout day...

"We enjoyed our three day stay. The hotel hosted evening activities for kids which was a plus. The unlimited access to Port Aventura was also nice since you can step out of premises to eat at your hotel or in town (25 min walk) by the beach. Overall, great place and experience that I would repeat. "
