"The hotel premises are nice and clean. But the room itself, a 2 room unit on the 3rd floor, needs remodeling and the restrooms were not clean. The entry roof is falling, the shower door needs an inside handle, the water runs out. The kitchenette furniture is to be fixed or repainted. There is a big room that is ok in size, but the second room can hardly fit the beds, there's no walking space. "

Its in the heart of a lot of the sites and everything is walking distance which is good for the daytime tourist, however it is a double edged sword as many people will be talking loudly while drunk when passing the hotel making it less than ideal for a light sleeper. The staff were curteous and showed us to the room and explained briefly about the city which was nice and will always be appreciated by myself."

"Lovely hotel. Staff were all incredibly friendly. Amazing breakfast too. Few negatives - shower was a dribble and in our toilet the water kept flowing until you re-pressed the chain but to be fair we didn’t report either issue so the hotel didn’t even have a chance to solve them. We only stayed for 2 nights so got in with it. The hotel arranged our transfer back to the airport which was excellent. (Assume they would have picked us up from the airport if I’d got in touch and asked!). Awesome...
