"The staff was very friendly and helpful. We noticed staff members cleaning frequently. Parking was convenient and secure with a lift directly to the room floor. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious with adequate storage space. There was a mini-frig in the room but it did not work but it was not a big problem for us. "Nice quaint old converted mansion into a period hotel in a quiet neighborhood of a small Alsacian town. Everything was done well with personal service and attention. An elevator is the only thing that would make it easier for older people and heavy luggage. Highly recommend for a unique experience back in time. "
